Please note, initial 15-20 minute phone calls are welcomed for Fernando to preliminarily assess legal needs, how an individual or business can be serviced, and to provide an estimate of costs, including legal fees. Legal advice or services cannot be provided to non-clients until the firm is formally engaged. Additionally, it is important for the firm to devote required time to existing clients, and accordingly Fernando will not engage in subsequent or repeated inquires, and telephone conversations without being formally engaged. An initial one-hour consultation can be scheduled for a flat fee, payable in advance; however, the appointment would not be confirmed until the firm receives the payment and executed engagement documents. There is no further obligation after the initial meeting, and Fernando does not become your attorney, unless the firm is thereafter retained.
